Our M/C ServiceGuard support includes implementations, upgrades, updates, and service level patching.  

All areas are performed in three parts consisting of analysis, installation and documentation.  Upgrades are performed on systems needing a new version of M/C ServiceGuard for instance 10.10 to 10.11.  

Upgrades provide enhancements to the software enabling grater portability and functionality.  

Updates are performed on systems that have changed their physical hardware and need to be updated in order to insure system uptime requirements.
